Developers set expiration dates — sometimes a few days, sometimes months. Some codes are capped at a certain number of redemptions. We remove expired codes promptly, but if one goes dead between our checks, use the codes finder tool to search for fresh ones.

First, check you copied it exactly — capital letters, underscores, and numbers all matter. Also confirm you haven't already redeemed that code on your account (most codes work once per account). If it still fails, it likely expired after our last check. Try codes dated today first.
